The Theology for Life programme is one resource we offer to help individuals and church congregations grow in their ministry and discipleship.

We also offer a two year certificate,  four year diploma or six year degree course in theology, accredited by Trinity St David’s University. They are designed for those who want to learn more about theology, as well as those who are wanting to reflect on their discipleship or train for specific ministries. It is also possible to follow the certificate or diploma course out of interest and not for University accreditation. The learning happens in local education groups, using study materials and a text book and is led by a facilitator.  There are two lectures each term, held on Saturdays near Wrexham.  For more information, please see the St Padarn’s website.

Revd Richard HainsworthIf you are interested in joining the course in September, please email Revd Dr Richard Hainsworth and he will let you know about local groups.

The theme of the February/March 2016 edition of Teulu Asaph was Theology for Life and St Padarn’s tutor, the Revd Dr Richard Hainsworth wrote an article unpacking the Bible – what it is and how do we read it.

You can read the Teulu Asaph article here or a longer version: Theology for Life Teulu Asaph full version.
