THE DATE: Saturday 10 October 2015, from 10.30 am until 4.00 pm. Doors open at 9.30 am for tea and coffee and an opportunity to visit the stalls and exhibits.
THE VENUE: Llangollen Pavilion, Abbey Road, Llangollen LL20 8SW. The Pavilion is clearly signposted in and around Llangollen. Use the postcode above for routefinder and satellite navigation.
CAR PARKING: There is ample free car parking available beside the Pavilion. A car park steward will be on duty to direct you.
REGISTRATION: On arrival, please register your attendance at the reception desk.
THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Mandy Harvey of the Cinnamon Network.
REFRESHMENTS: Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival, during lunchtime and before departure. A simple picnic bag lunch containing a sandwich, fruit, crisps, cake and a bottle of water will be served at 12.30 pm.
STALLS AND DISPLAYS: A variety of stalls and displays will be open from 9.30 until 10.30, 12.30 to 1.30 and from 4.00pm until the end of the day. The stalls include:

BALLOT PAPERS FOR DIOCESAN ELECTIONS & LAY DECLARATION FORMS: Where appropriate, please place your completed forms in the ballot box provided or hand them to a member of Diocesan staff.
ANNUAL REPORTS, ANNUAL ACCOUNTS & BUDGET: Copies of the Annual Reports, a summary of the 2014 Diocesan Board of Finance Annual Accounts and the 2016 Budget are available on the website. Copies of the full accounts are available from the Diocesan Office upon request.
EVALUATION SHEET: Your opinion is important to us. In order to help us to plan for future Diocesan Conferences, please complete the Evaluation Sheet. Please place your form in the box provided at the Conference, hand it to a member of Diocesan staff or return it to the Diocesan Office as soon after the Conference as possible.
