Training and Support

Youth and Children’s work training available in the Diocese.

Please contact Tim Feak if you would like him to deliver training in your area. The training can be provided throughout the Diocese. A minimum of 12 participants is required.

All of the training below is designed to be informal, fun and provide you with the inspiration and tools to go back to whatever context you deliver children’s or youth work in.  You do not even have to be currently involved in this work, you just need to be interested.

How to engage with young people

Come and spend an evening exploring ways to engage with children and young people.  This training will be fun and interactive.  No previous experience needed.

Youth Ministry – what is youth ministry?

Is there a difference between youth work and youth ministry.  Is Christian youth work different?  Expect theology and debate.

Managing and nurturing a youth work project

Youth work in your Mission Area
