THE DATE: Saturday 8 October 2016, from 10.30 am until 4.00 pm. Doors open at 9.30 am for tea & coffee and an opportunity to visit the stalls and exhibits.

THE VENUE: St Joseph’s Anglican & Catholic School, Wrexham.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING: Full directions are available in English and Cymraeg.  You can download a map in English and Cymraeg.

Please use the Erddig Road entrance to the school.

For satellite navigation use the postcode  LL13 7DS.  Ample free car parking is available and stewards will be on duty to guide you.

REGISTRATION: On arrival, please register your attendance at the reception desk

REFRESHMENTS:Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival, during lunchtime and before departure.  A simple picnic bag lunch containing a sandwich, fruit, crisps, cake and a bottle of water will be served at 12.30 pm

EVALUATION SHEET: Your opinion is important to us. In order to help us to plan for future Diocesan Conferences, please complete the Evaluation Sheet in English or Welsh. Please place your form in the box provided at the Conference, hand it to a member of Diocesan staff or return it to the Diocesan Office as soon after the Conference as possible.

STALLS AND DISPLAYS: A variety of stalls and displays will be open from 9.30 until 10.30, 12.30 to 1.30 and from 4.00pm until the end of the day. The stalls include:
