Bishop Gregory2Lent Prayer for 2014

Bishop Gregory has commissioned a special prayer for Lent and is encouraging everyone across the Diocese to pray it with him at 6pm every evening between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday. Written by Revd Andrew Sully it has a pilgrimage theme and encourages us to leave the familiar behind to journey with God.  Download it bilingually here.

Who are we…?

More than 200 Anglican Churches make up the family of the Diocese of St Asaph and we’re here to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with our local communities.  We believe Jesus Christ is Good News because in his death and resurrection we see how much God loves us.  Even though we don’t deserve it, God sent Jesus as our Saviour so that through faith in Him we may have eternal life.  Not only that, but we believe that God’s Holy Spirit is active and present in the world today, helping us to grow in faith, love and service to the world.  That’s Good News!  More on what we believe.
